The
Bacolod Young Chef Master Competition is participated in by 25 participants coming from different
schools. In the elimination round held last August 17, 12 participants qualified
for the semifinal round. Last September 7, the semifinalists were trimmed down
to 6 to qualify for the GRAND FINALS.
Two
participants from UNO-R High School Department, Stephine Paul
Dungca and Katrina
Tueres, qualified for the Grand Finals of
Bacolod Young Chef Master on September 15, 2013 @ SM North Wing Atrium @ 2:00
PM.
The
participants were asked to prepare an original Filipino Main Dish (Elimination
Round), Inasal Innovation (Semi Final) and original Ilonggo Modern Dish (Final
Round).
