Congratulations
to Owen Dineros, a second year UNO-R Nursing student, for winning First Runner-Up in the NOPSSCEA’s Binalaybay
Competition held at USLS Coliseum on September 25, 2013.
Owen bested seven (7) other contestants coming from different schools who competed in the said event. Kudos also to his coach Mr. Fernando Flores for a job well done.
