Unusual photo captured via satellite image protecting parts of Negros Occidental during super typhoon YOLANDA strikes Visayas

An unusual photo captured via satellite image, during super typhoon YOLANDA devastated Visayas. The photo shows a pie in form super typhoon that land full in Visayas, but I wonder why Bacolod,San Carlos,Bago City and some other areas in Negros Occidental were not affected by Yolanda's power.

Yolanda is considered to be the most strongest typhoon so far ever recorded in the history that struck the archepelago last November 8, 2013. The Philippine red cross estimated morethan 1200 people were dead and billions of pesos in infrastructures and agriculture are recorded damage.

Despite of strong winds and heavy rains, still some parts of Negros were blessed and fortunate as the least affected part in Visayas,  there were no record of death and injuries.
