Sir
Celo is a full-time permanent faculty member of the University of Negros
Occidental – Recoletos College of Arts and Sciences. He teaches Psychology and
Sociology subjects for over 25 years. Currently, he is finishing his Ph.D. in
Educational Management in Recoletos de Bacolod Graduate School.
